Conference Room

Set up for 20 / Etape Caledonia Control Centre

Wifi ZoneOur first floor conference room is bright and spacious and can seat up to 60. It is a flexible room - chairs (and tables) can be set up in various configurations to suit your purposes - everything from large group lectures to small group discussions and ice breaker games. As well as using it for conferences we have made it a games room, a control centre and had board room meetings and wifi lounges there.

Wifi, flip-charts and DVD player come as standard and we have a media projector for hire.

TV Room

Set up as dining room for B&B / In usual format as small loung

Our small meeting room is on our ground floor and is fully accessible. It can be set up in various formats including board meeting style – so ask for the set up you want and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. The TV lounge can seat up to 12 people and is used more for committees, small group meetings and as a breakout room. A number of other areas can be made available on request for further breakout rooms.

Multi-purpose Dining Room

Spacious - can seat up to 100 / Set up for a special meal

In our dining room we host large groups and small, budget groups and fancy meals – we’ve even had a wedding buffet here. In addition this multi-purpose room can be used for so many things apart from dining. We’ve used it for accessible conferences and meetings, craft work and messy area, art displays (there is lots of wall space for display), craft fairs, thrift shops, charity auctions, coffee mornings, computer workshops, pipe band practices and ceilidhs. The joy of a multi-purpose room is that it is so flexible – the furniture can be arranged as you wish, the floor is washable and there is a curtain to divide the room in two to make 2 smaller meeting areas.

Craft fair in the dining room / Computer classes

Church Sanctuary

Church entrance / Conference in church sanctuary

The adjoining renovated Baptist Church sanctuary can take about 130 people and is available by agreement with the church, so not always free to use. The church also has a media projector, a T-loop for the deaf and a good sound system. The chairs are all movable and tables are also available. The windows have blinds to enable the screen to be visible even on bright days. The church has a small kitchen for teas/coffees and gents & ladies toilets. There is a video link from the sanctuary to the upstairs lounge to cope with large numbers.
