Respite/accessibility

The Centre can be used for respite for people who require time away either with a carer or on their own.  The Centre is accessible in different kind of ways.  It has built in internal ramps and wide corridors, four bedrooms have easy access for wheelchair users and have vanity sinks with lever taps.  In the corridor are two toilets and two showers (with shower chairs) large enough for wheel chair users.  We have four other bedrooms on the ground floor with their own toilet and sinks.  We have two small lounges on the ground floor and the large lounge/conference room is accessible on the first floor by lift.  Special diets can be catered for and we can help plan your stay to include e.g. wheelchair friendly walks due to our knowledge of the local area. Pitlochry Shop Mobility can provide electric scooters if required.

Invoices can be sent to funding bodies and local authorities.
Iain Walker the Centre Director is a Registered Social Worker.
